14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Items should be unused, in resalable condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
How to start
Send us your order number and the items you'd like to return through the contact form. We'll confirm the return address and the steps to follow before you ship anything back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us with a photo and your order number. Items covered by the statutory conformity guarantee are repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
Exchanges
For a different size or colour, the quickest route is to return the original item and place a new order, so the size you want is reserved for you straight away.
