These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By completing checkout you accept them.
Orders
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable or if the listed price was clearly incorrect; in that case you are refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, taxes and any discount are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Payment is processed by the providers shown at checkout.
Promotions
Promotional discounts apply to the cart subtotal when the stated conditions are met and are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and can be changed or ended at any time; orders already placed are not affected.
Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout for your address. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by informing us and returning the items in resalable condition. See our returns page for how to start a return.
Legal guarantee
Products are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee provided by EU consumer law. Contact us if an item arrives faulty or does not match its description.
