Shipping
Every ArkPlanet order is shipped with tracking. The delivery options available to you, the exact cost and the estimated delivery window are calculated for your address and shown at checkout before payment — we don't quote generic timings here, because they depend on your country and the carrier selected.
Order processing
Orders placed during office hours (Monday to Friday) are prepared on working days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second email with your tracking link once the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Tracking an order
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or sign in to your account to see the current status of every order.
Something wrong?
If a parcel appears delayed or is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number and we'll open a case with the carrier.
